Below - (as you scroll down) starts with the Press Conference then after that are all of the singles with links to view and a brief description of the song & video. Taking a little break from music & video for awhile but already have ideas for new songs in my head! I wanted to start off 2014...with a bang!
Video was over the top but with borrowed drum loops and sound quality issues...it was a rocky start!

Shake It

Everyone is free to believe what they want but conspiracies aside...all you have to do is "LOOK" at the sky to see that it is not normal anymore. That was the inspiration for this one. Diggin' the drum loop but still borrowed and the ever persistent sound issues but all in all, a fav!

Why Can't We All Just Love (Promotional Video)

I wanted to do a promo video that stood out and got attention but had uberrrr-sound and editing issues and well, this was kind of a 'fail' - but I still have affection for it.
Licking the machete was AWFUL! Anything for art! ;) And the light sword thing...well, it looks stupid. 

Dear Heavenly Father

This song represents the never ending general lack of support I get for ANY kind of art that I do...especially if I am trying to earn money from it or make it into "some kind" of success!  This was a last minute single that I put together when I was feeling VERY frustrated. I do hear my friend Dan's (my friend who died recently) voice though, when I start getting really "woe is me" and it does keep me in line! When I plan a song, sometimes a month in advance, I practice the singing and manipulation of my voice but in this one...I just sang---from the heart and soul!

NEW SOFTWARE!!!!!
Although the software does actually suck (what do I expect...it's free)- it does allow me to compose 100% of my own music! No more borrowed loops! This was actually just a sample track that I played with, to get a feel for the new software...but I liked it so much, I made it into a short published song and video.
This is the very first electronic music that I created and it is so exciting for me to be able to do this now. Still some sound issues but nothing like before. Ever closer to a studio quality sound!

Submissive

"Like A Fanjet" was actually the second song that I composed with the new software but the original plans for the song fell through. As I waited and waited to git r done...I was moving on to other songs...so Submissive became the 2nd (100% my music) single. A lot of BPR's subject matter is political and about conspiracy but I am about "truth" in this f-ed up world...and not about "bullshit" and this song reflects that, with the usual flare of sexual overtones and glamour. I was thrilled with the results. I felt it was my best work...until WATER!

Water

"Like A Fanjet" was originally suppose to be a song about ANON falling in love then getting murdered by his girlfriend. ANON's ghost then leads the cops to his murderer. It was to star and feature my friend Brittney but she became busy with other stuff so she couldn't do the song. But I still wanted to do an ANON and bad girlfriend song and...this is it. More cartoony and less violent then what fanjet was going to be. This was sooooo difficult to make! The singing actually hurt my throat for a few days after vocal completion and the editing...UGHHHHH...THE WORST YET! But I adore the finished product and feel this is my best work of the almost 40 songs and videos I have made since January of 2013!

Futuretronic

Another 100% my music...this one ran into many problems. Out of tune in spots...vocal a little too loud and a few things just didn't work out for the video shoot either...but all in all, I thought it was "publish worthy"
Kind of a song about 'nothing' really. :P

Like a fanjet

I had talked about the original plan for this song before. After all of the other singles were published...I had to do SOMETHING with Like A Fanjet...so it evolved into a song about a man and his aging car! A lot of simple black and white with some footage from the instrumental video. This was a surprise hit to me...in my lil' music world! The vocal might be a bit too loud...it's hard to tell sometimes with all of my crappy equipment and I did do a version with vocal volume down but it didn't work so...this is what it is...I AM DONE WITH LIKE A FANJET! no more working on it!!! ;)

Like a fanjet (instrumental)

This video was actually made before Submissive, Water and Futuretronic. I wanted a completely different video for the instrumental version, with footage from Shake It and kind of hypnotizing. I kept it the same and just edited out the few Brittney Fox segments. I really like this one too!
Going to take a break from music and videos for a little while. Gots some things to do in April, in my personal life and spring cleaning and stuff...but I will be digging deep and churning up the creative juices this spring for more evolving and different kinds of music! Until then...peace out!
